Welcome to your own private wilderness retreat in the heart of East Norman! Ask your agent for the video tour!! Hidden behind a gated entrance and nestled among 20 wooded acres, this extraordinary log cabin estate feels worlds away from the hustle of everyday life, yet close to it all. As you travel down the long winding driveway, you'll quickly understand what makes this property so special. Towering trees, abundant wildlife, and frequent visits from deer create a setting that feels more like a luxury mountain getaway than a home just minutes from town. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home features soaring vaulted ceilings, stunning floor-to-ceiling windows, warm wood finishes, and a breathtaking stone fireplace that serves as the centerpiece of the home. Natural light pours into every room while framing picturesque views of the surrounding forest. The primary suite offers a beautifully remodeled shower completed in 2026. The home also features a brand-new roof installed in 2026. Step outside and discover an outdoor paradise. Spend summer days lounging by the new inground POOL, evenings gathered around the fire pit beneath the stars, and weekends tending the garden or collecting fresh eggs from your own chicken coop. Every corner of this property invites you to slow down and enjoy the beauty of country living. The detached shop is equally impressive, featuring a newly added mother-in-law suite with an open layout and new, full bathroom. Additional amenities include a storm shelter, full perimeter fencing, gated entry, and endless room to explore, roam, and create the lifestyle you've always imagined. For those seeking even more space, an adjoining 21-acre tract is available for purchase separately, with the opportunity to bundle both properties together for a lower price. Properties like this rarely come to market. Equal parts luxury retreat, family homestead, and private sanctuary, this East Norman estate offers a truly unforgettable living experience.

Rural Agricultural District
This district is intended to provide a zoning classification for land situated relatively remote from the urban area which is used for agricultural and related purposes and will not be undergoing urbanization in the immediate future. The types of uses, the area and the intensity of use of land which is authorized in this district is designed to encourage and protect all agricultural uses until urbanization is warranted and the appropriate change in district classification is made. Areas included within this district are considered to be sufficiently remote from developed urban areas that exploration for and production of oil and gas will not be hazardous or detrimental to persons and property within the developed portions of the city. Further, the purpose of the following regulations for properties within the Ten Mile Flat Conservation Area, is to: Address unique conditions in the area commonly known as Ten Mile Flat, much of which land lies within the historical floodplain of Ten Mile Creek and the South Canadian River; To protect exceptional and irreplaceable natural resources located in the Ten Mile Flat area; and To protect against flood damage in the 100-year floodplain and other flood prone areas within the Ten Mile Flat area.
