We are painting and cleaning still, I am posting interior pictures, but we are in the process of cleaning and painting. I have a 2 bed 1 bath manufactured home for sale. It is in Parkside Mobile Home Park on Coburg Road, a +55 park. Parkside is next to Armitage Park, and close to Winco, and Costco. Space rent is $745, which includes trash, water and sewer. You must be approved to live here. The home is 14 foot wide, and I believe 926 square feet. It has the kitchen in the front, with large picture windows and a skylight. We replaced the cabinets and countertops a couple years ago. There is about 10 feet of counterspace. We are leaving a portable dishwasher that works great. We are also leaving a stove and refrigerator. The front room has large windows on both side of the home, bringing in lots of natural light. The smaller bedroom is just that, smaller. The laundry room is next to the bathroom, with a front loading washer and a dryer. The front and back doors are both wood doors with glass inserts, very secure. There is a doggy door. The bathroom has a walk in shower with sliding glass door, that was replaced a couple years ago, the room has a sliding barn door. The master bedroom has 2 large closets. The home has a covered deck, we converter the carport to a storage/craft room. There is another storage room, plus a storage shed, lots of storage.
