Medium-Density Residential - Pleasant Valley Sub-District
The Medium-Density Residential (MDR-PV) Sub-district provides a range of detached and attached dwelling units. Development in this sub-district shall be arranged to form part of an individual neighborhood, as well as serve as a transition between low density residential and employment and high-density housing types and Subdistricts. The specific mix and variety of housing for properties and groups of properties shall be guided by an approved master plan. A mix of housing types in the MDR-PV Sub-district in the entire Plan District and generally in individual neighborhoods is intended.; The approved master plan shall provide for an average density of 12-20 dwelling units per net residential acre for single detached dwellings in this Sub-district consistent with the purposes in Section 4.1476.
