Amazing ridgetop home site. Easy access to Junction City & Eugene. Road is paved to the property line. Appears that it will qualify for home site. (Buyer to do own due diligence.) Outstanding reforestation. Well-stocked, fast-growing 19-year-old DF. Great opportunity to live on and experience your investment! More interesting than watching your stocks and far more stable. Your investment keeps on growing no matter what new virus, crisis or mood change in the market comes along.
