Ready to live in an Oregon Postcard? This quaint midcentury home is located on the banks of the Calapooya with phenomenal views of a historic covered bridge. Property is divided by the road but features quite a bit of creek frontage. Around the house, garage and shop the property is flat and useable. Home features a fireplace, hardwood floors and bonus room that may work as third bedroom. What this home lacks in perfection it makes up for in potential.
