New price improvement!! Welcome home to this peaceful retreat. Come home to a place where you can enjoy the lovely breeze that flows off the mountain every evening and feel the mist that travels down at sunrise. The minute you step from your car, you will know that you have left the city behind and the only sound you will hear is.... the quiet. These 67 acres, bordered by national forest to the east, are home to an abundance of wild life including a herd of elk that will cruise through and may stop to rest right beside the shop. Did I say garage/shop? This one has 3 roll up doors and plenty of room for storing all those toys. Additionally there is a pole barn, a small log craft/storage building, and several other outbuildings. Grow an abundance of produce in the large fenced-in garden area (no elk allowed in the garden). This large property also boasts fruit trees, seasonal pond, and an RV pad with septic and water hook-ups for your friends to come and enjoy. The home is cedar-sided with cedar milled right from the property, some new laminate flooring -and is just waiting for its new family to make their dreams a reality on this beautiful property.
Beautiful 2 bed, 1 bath home on your own piece of paradise above the fog line. 64 Acres of young timber, 5 acre parcel usable for horses, livestock, gardens, etc. A total of 69 acres. Private and secluded. Wildlife come to admire this beauty and so should you. Schedule a showing today!

Forest Land District
The Forest Land District is intended to carry out the following purposes: To encourage forestry and agriculture as the dominant uses of such lands; To allow non-forest and non-farm uses only upon a finding that such uses will assure the retention of forest lands for forest uses and are consistent with those uses permitted in LC 10.106 and 10.107; To preserve such lands for the production of forest and agricultural products and ensuring that conversion of such lands to non-forest and non-farm uses, when necessary and appropriate, occurs in an orderly and compatible manner; To be used in remote areas of the County not appropriate for more intensive development than permitted by the regulation of this District.; It is County's policy to protect forestry and agricultural operations from conflicting land uses. Nothing in this chapter is intended to interfere with normal forestry or agricultural management or practices that might result in conditions such as noise, dust or smoke, visual impacts or odors for temporary periods of time. Existing or proposed non-forest or non-farm uses i.e., dwellings within the Forest Land District must recognize that the intent of the District is to protect resource management activities and that in the event of conflict between residential uses and normal forestry or agricultural practices, this chapter will be interpreted in favor of resource management practices.
