Double-wide with 4 bedrooms and plenty of space on a secluded 3-acre lot with old-growth timber. It has newer wood siding and metal roof, but will need some TLC. There's potential to raise small hobby farm animals or grow a big garden, and a shed that could be used as a chicken coop/wood shed. Buyer to do due diligence on financing.
