Washer and dryer located in garage. Propane for the range, oven, and propane woodstove is not included. Automatic generator for infrequent power outages. Snow removal provided at no additional fee. Rented unfurnished. No outside fires. Propane grill only. No candles or burning incense. No smoking or vaping on property. Any additional space heater other than provided must be okayed by landlord. No pets. As there is a septic tank, tenant agrees to flush nothing down toilet but human waste and toilet paper. All blockages that incur a cost to repair toilet and sink drains not due to line collapse will be paid by tenant. No harsh chemicals in any drain. Owner resides on property.
