Beautiful Southern Oregon Century farm. Just minutes to Riddle and I-5. Beautiful 172 acres fenced and cross fenced with century farmhouse and outbuildings. Excellent soil for pasture and crops. Would make a great vineyard, blueberry farm, cattle or horse ranch, solar panels ect. Water rights to Jerry Creek for irrigation. Some timberland. Many beautiful building sites. Lots of wildlife.
