5960 Cherry Heights Rd, The Dalles, OR 97058

This 10-acre double-mountain view property is an incredible opportunity for anyone looking to build a dream home in the Columbia River Gorge area. The upper Cherry Heights location in The Dalles is highly desirable for its combination of panoramic views and rural privacy. Enjoy clear views of both Mt. Adams and Mt. Hood, which is a highly sought-after feature in this region. There is also a huge benefit of having an already existing well, as well as an established driveway, which significantly reduces upfront raw-land development costs. There is a level area just above the entrance where a manufactured home previously sat, which provides a pre-cleared footprint for new construction, or enhance your view by going further up the sloping hill. Cherry Heights offers isolated, peaceful country living while remaining just a short drive down the hill to downtown amenities, shopping, and dining. No CCR's and Buyers need to contact Wasco County for an approved build site for this parcel. Buyer to confirm all information. This property is shown by appointment only, and a buyer's agent must be present with the buyer at all showings.
