If you are looking for your own slice of remote countryside then this is it! With a little over an acre lot, this property features a sizable back yard surrounded by woods and vast farmland. At the bottom of the hill Snitz creek runs past the edge of the property where you can have creek-side picnics or go fishing. The property is zoned agriculture and is surrounded by farms which means this property will stay private and quiet for decades to come. Located less than 15 minutes from Elizabethtown and less than 10 minutes from Chiques Rock and the locally famous "White Cliffs of Conoy" and several biking trails and boat launches on the Susquehanna river. Brand new roof, gutters, soffit and facia in 2019. Come check out this rare opportunity to have your own piece of peaceful paradise!

A
Agricultural District
The primary purpose of this District is to promote the continuation and preservation of agricultural activities in those areas most suitable for such activities. Areas contained within the District have been specifically identified as possessing valuable and nonrenewable natural and cultural resources. This District also intends to protect and stabilize the Township’s viable agricultural economy by eliminating uses that are incompatible with forming but permitting limited agricultural support businesses. Consequently, residential uses are limited and any future inhabitants in this District must be willing to accept the impacts associated with normal farming practices and related businesses. Finally, the provisions of this District have been specifically formulated to further the objectives of the MPC, which provides that local zoning ordinances shall be designed to preserve prime agriculture and farmland considering topography, soil type and classification, and present use.
