Classic Pennsylvania farm house in the State College School District that's been remodeled and is move-in ready. Enjoy sitting on the front porch or take in the views of the mountains, stream, and farms while relaxing on the back deck. The large kitchen has been remodeled to include an island with a breakfast bar, a pantry with pull out drawers, and lots of cabinet and counter space. The front dining room has many windows and could be another living space, while the back living room also has great natural light and has a slider to the spacious deck which has an awning. Upstairs are three good sized bedrooms and a full bath with a double sink vanity. The nearly one acre lot has great trees, a small garden area, a fishing stream that runs the length of the property and a large shed. With updated mechanicals, newer siding and windows, and a roof and septic system that were replaced in 2000, all of the heavy lifting has been taken care of. Enjoy this terrific setting!
