This one will have you hooked at hello. Brimming with nostalgia and small town soul, this home began as a log cabin in Rebersburg before being lovingly relocated to become the very first residence on Manor Road. Today, it sits proudly on a flat 1 acre lot, perfectly positioned to soak in panoramic views of the surrounding mountain ranges. Recent updates make this home shine even brighter — including a brand new roof & see list of items completed in response to the home inspection report, giving the next owner peace of mind from day one. From the welcoming front porch, you’ll feel the heartbeat of Centre Hall charm the kind of place where neighbors wave & sunsets linger. Step inside to a cozy living room with pine flooring & a versatile bonus room ideal for a reading nook or home office. The country style kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove & flows into a cheerful dining room ready for weeknight dinners or weekend brunches. The main floor also includes a full bathroom & a handy laundry/mudroom with an exterior door to the side deck — perfect for muddy paws, messy boots, or quick backyard access. Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms with recently added electric baseboard heat & access to a walk up attic for extra storage. Out back, the private vinyl fenced yard offers a peaceful retreat for pets, kids, gardening, or quiet evenings under the stars. Additional highlights include an unfinished basement, double pane replacement windows, upgraded electric (2025), a new furnace (2024), and plenty of off street parking. Small town roots. Big time comfort. With its blend of character, updates & mountain view setting, this home is ready to welcome its next chapter.

Residential District
This district is generally intended for application to rural development areas with limited water and sewer facilities. At the present time, public sewer facilities are not available and creation of such facilities is not contemplated for the near future. In some areas, public water facilities are available at the present time but extension of these facilities is not contemplated for the near future. The purpose of these regulations is to foster a quiet, low-density home environment. To this end, lot sizes are based upon the need to safeguard the health of the citizens by providing ample space to allow for the provision of on-lot sewage and water facilities where necessary; to maintain the semirural character of the area and to protect the health and welfare of the community. Industrial uses are prohibited in this district. Compatible commercial, public and semipublic uses such as small stores, schools, churches and recreation facilities are provided for and the continuation of agriculture is encouraged. In certain instances, multifamily or higher-density residential development may also be permitted as a conditional use.
