Wonderful location in walking distance to Lake Galena AKA as 875 Myers Rd. The value here is in the 3 acre lot. House is currently occupied by tenants and shows messy. House can surely be updated and used as it sits or can be torn down to make way for a much larger, beautiful home with sprawling porches and possible 2nd floor views of the lake depending on placement of "new" home. Located in Lake Galena conservation district which will never allow public water or sewer. Fully functioning well and septic system in place. Super fabulous location for anyone looking for quick access to the area's greatest lake. Tons of activities, walking/running trails, bike trails, boat rentals, bbq pits, etc. Please come out and see for yourself if you've been looking for that perfect location! Mailbox says 875 Myers Rd.
