Exceptional privacy and superior location are the hallmarks of Deerhaven Farm. The 30 acre farm is surrounded by large estates which are perpetually eased against subdivision and in the midst of Cheshire Hunt's "Tuesday Country". The 4BR, 2.1BA house has a formal LR, DR, FR & a large Master Suite. Equestrian amenities include 13 acres of fenced pasture, a lighted arena, and a 6 stall barn with wash stall and tack room. The farm enjoys long, protected views. Six acres of the farm is currently leased to a farmer and is in corn. The property cannot be subdivided although the easement allows for the construction of a guest house and an indoor arena.
