1265 West Chester Rd, Coatesville, PA 19320

We are so excited to present this amazing and special home that's like no others in the area. The owners took meticulous care of the property and renovated just about everything inside and out. Although the home was originally built in 1940, everything is like brand new so prepare yourself to be impressed and delighted at every turn! As you enter the widened driveway, you'll see a detached and oversized 2-car garage (built in 1997) with second floor storage, dormer windows and copper gutters/downspouts. Around the corner is a beautifully built 16x12 storage shed. You'll take notice of the expansive and professionally landscaped yard and gardens on every side of the home. There are paver patio and stone walkways to reach every structure and doorway. The landscaping has brilliant colors and well placed plants and flowers. A wall of windows and two French doors give access from the driveway to a Breakfast Room and Kitchen. Enter this door to begin your tour and you'll find the 17x10 Breakfast Area with tile floor, built-in cabinets, wine fridge and beadboard ceiling with crown molding. Step up and into the renovated Galley Kitchen (1997). This "Paradise Kitchens" design is a chef's dream with granite counters and backsplash, soft-close cabinet doors and upgraded appliances such as a Miele Dishwasher, 6-burner gas cooktop, double wall oven and double stainless steel sink plus another vegetable sink. Step through the Kitchen and you'll find a large, elegant Dining Room with hardwood floors and custom window treatments. From there, you'll find the Foyer with a nicely updated Powder Room. Through the Foyer is a huge Living Room with wood-burning fireplace, hardwood flooring, crown molding and more custom window treatments. Lastly, you'll feel like you've stepped into a Tuscany Village as you enter the Sunroom with tile floors and stucco walls and ceiling with lots of natural light from every angle. Proceed to the second floor to find the Master Bedroom with newly updated bathroom (2019) with large, stall shower. The full hall bath was also renovated in 2019 with beautiful Italian tile floors and half-wall as well as a pedestal sink and tub. The second bedroom has an access panel to a large, floored attic space that's perfect for storage. The third bedroom is currently being used as an office/library. As you open one small door in this room, you'll be pleasantly surprised to see a stackable Washer/Dryer which makes doing laundry so convenient! Through this bedroom/office, you'll find the large fourth bedroom with two dormer windows and vaulted ceilings. The entire second floor has ductwork for Central Air with an attic unit that was just installed in 2019. The entire roof of the main house is only two years old so you'll have peace-of-mind for decades to come! Another huge bonus is the Kohler Whole-House Generator that was professionally installed and serviced. The basement is wide open, dry and very clean with painted (sealed) walls and floor. There are also laundry connections in the basement for a larger, individual Washer & Dryer if you prefer. This home is really one-of-a-kind with such a large, beautiful lot and tons of renovations but still having the feel of a historic estate! So many details were not overlooked by the owners who took pride in their home for the past 30 years. This home is priced to sell and we're expecting it to go quickly so please don't hesitate to book your appointment now! Most of the personal property and decor will be negotiable if you're interested.
