Long protected views (see picture 7), a long level driveway leading to a quiet and secluded building site, fields for horses and animals, woods for hunting, surrounded by preserved land under conservation easements, and set among substantially larger estates and farms (including Runnymede and Iron Springs Farm) in Cheshire Hunt's Tuesday Country, this is a rare opportunity to create a stunning country paradise. Located just around the corner from Windurra Farm and only 30 minutes from the Fair Hill training center, the property could be ideal for eventers. High, level and with excellent soils, and near to major corridors, this could also make an ideal organic farm for vegetables, crops and more. The property has been perced and approved for a septic system sized for a four bedroom home. The permit is fully paid for and can be transferred - please see listing agent for more details. There are also approved plans for a beautiful four bedroom home. Just 45 minutes from King of Prussia, central Wilmington and downtown Lancaster, and 10 minutes from both Rt. 30 and the Parkesburg train station with its connections to Philadelphia and New York, this rural setting is within easy reach of all conveniences and commutes. The property has to be visited to be fully appreciated, but please only visit by appointment.
