Tremendous setting of solitude on a premium 2.2 acre lot with seemingly endless sky. Appealing architecture that perfectly fits the land from which it grows. Time stands still on the covered porch in view of farmland all around. Economical utilities and the propane tank conveys. All the appliances are newer and stay right at home. Enormous areas for storage supplement the already large rooms. Possibilities are broad for the use of this house with the current office as a former school room that could easily be transformed to a formal dining room, right off the country kitchen. Updated windows, some fresh paint and new carpet, partially finished basement plus more storage. One year old roof. This is a pet friendly property - heated kennel with electric, water and fenced area. Summer time brings seclusion with the ripening neighboring crops, but the wide expanse of surrounding farms repeat themselves each year. Come to this one of a kind, one owner property and you'll want to return every day to your own sanctuary.
