Agricultural Zone
The primary purpose of the A Zone is to promote the continuation and preservation of agricultural activities in those areas most suitable for such activities. Areas contained within the A Zone have been specifically identified as possessing valuable and nonrenewable natural and cultural resources. The A Zone also intends to protect and stabilize the Township's viable agricultural economy by limiting the nonagricultural development of agricultural properties and eliminating uses that are incompatible with agricultural operations, but permitting limited agricultural support businesses.
