A land of possibilities nestled in the southeast corner of York County. A HUNTERS PARADISE - deer, wild turkey and groundhogs abound. 26 acres of woods with flowing stream, hills, cropland for feed, rolling hills for winter snowmobiling. The cute, log-cabin cottage with 1 bedroom, a full bath with whirlpool tub, offers an open kitchen/dining/living room with wood stove over a 2-car garage. Electric heat throughout. A HOBBY FARM - 10 tillable/pasture acres can make an ideal combination for growing winter feed for your grazing herd of cattle (and a few deer). Existing 30' x 40' utility barn will store your implements - just build an animal shelter and you're all set. PRODUCE FARM - #1 - Cropland is secluded from the road by the woods and flowing stream, but joins 2 other working farms. Plenty of water for irrigation. Cropland is rolling hills - some ideal for produce - some a little steep. Farm the gentle - graze the steep. Right-of-way access to farm is provided by an easement on adjacent property.

A
Agricultural District
A primary purpose of the Agricultural Zone is to permit, protect and encourage the continued use of the land for agricultural purposes. This Zone is composed of those areas in the Township whose predominant land use is agricultural. The regulations for this zone are designed to protect and stabilize the essential characteristics of these areas, to minimize conflicting land uses detrimental to agricultural enterprises, to limit development which requires highways and other public facilities in excess of those required by agricultural uses and to maintain agricultural parcels of farms in sizes which will permit efficient agricultural operations.
