Quaint cape cod sitting on 7.5 acres. Lots of upgrades completed already. Inside, a 1st floor master suite was added in 2015 with a mini-split, the kitchen was remodeled in 2016 with pecan cabinets and upgraded countertops and the 2nd floor bath was remodeled in 2017. On the exterior, you'll find replacement windows that are less than 10 years old, a roof that was replaced in 2017, and new vinyl siding in 2016. There was also a steel chimney liner installed just last year for the woodstove. There's a small greenhouse that, with some work, could be used for wintering your plants, as well as a solid, 2 story, brownstone, 2 car garage. To the rear of the property lies approximately 5 acres of field, around which you'll find brownstone fence. With plenty of room to spread out, this is your opportunity to gain some privacy and your own share of the peace and quiet of rural York County.
