Watershed District
The Watershed District consists of valuable natural resources such as woodlands, agricultural soils, floodplains, wetlands, aquifer recharge areas and areas of steep slopes. The Watershed District also includes Lake Galena, a popular recreational area, and the source for public water supply to the Forest Park Water Treatment Plant located downstream of Lake Galena near the confluence of the North Branch Neshaminy Creek and Pine Run.
