Sunny and bright! Beautiful and custom built, filled with streaming light, one of the many features of this striking home. Thoughtfully planned and sturdily constructed, the layout flows wonderfully. Enter the foyer, head left to a cozy formal living room, the adjoining study can be sequestered by two discreet sets of pocket doors. The Great Room has added spaciousness created by a vaulted ceiling and full height stone fireplace. The cook's kitchen is loaded with storage, ample casual dining space and a convenient butler pantry makes serving a breeze while bridging the gap to the dining room. A generous laundry and mudroom combination and powder room flank the hall to the attached 3-car garage. Upstairs, find bedrooms taking advantage of unique architectural details, corner of windows here and incorporating a window dormer there, and a bonus room of interesting angles awaiting finishing touches! The playful lower level has wet bar, entertainment space galore and walks out to the garden patio and fire pit. Plenty of open yard ringed by trees, adding a pool is possible, and a separate 'toy shed' for storing your classic cars, this property has something for everyone!
