Down a lightly traveled road, through the woods, and overlooking the Buck Run stream is where you'll find your inviting, mountain-esque home on 2.5 acres. Bursting with warmth and charm, 50 Timacula will put your home search at ease. With trees for neighbors, you can imagine how serene it must be to gaze out through the large windows and into nature. Starting on the main floor, you'll first notice the natural light pouring in and highlighting an especially beautiful living space. The kitchen remodel is the star of the show with radiant floor heating, quartz countertop, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, gas cooking, and an abundance of cabinet space. Grab a seat in the sun at the dining table or cozy up by the stone fireplace. Travel through the hallway where you'll pass a bedroom and full bathroom, and into the massive primary suite with vaulted ceiling, its own balcony, walk-in closet/laundry combo, and a tasteful bathroom. Spiral down to the lower level and into the den which could easily be customized into whatever sort of space you desire. The 3rd bedroom is located on this level and could be perfect for guests or in-laws. Garage access is convenient, and storage is plentiful. If you enjoy spending time outside, you have two amazing options with the deck and patio which both stretch the length of the house! To summarize, this breathtaking property is a gem nestled in the countryside of Chester County. It's as simple as, put your money down and kick your feet up!

R-1
Low Density Residential District
The R-1 Low Density Residential District is designed to provide limited density of development in those areas of the Township where scenic landscapes, farmland and open space are characteristic. The district encourages agricultural uses, while allowing low density residential development. Design flexibility is provided through the opportunity for lot averaging. Such uses are consistent with existing development and are promoted in an effort to: Encourage the conservation of agricultural uses.; Allow residential uses in an orderly manner, consistent with Township growth patterns.; Eliminate the potential need for extensive public services, including sewer and water, which are currently unavailable at reasonable cost in many parts of the Township, and to limit the impact on the community as a whole associated with scattered independent community sewer and water systems.; Allow for adequate siting of individual on-lot sewage systems, replacement fields and individual wells on soils capable of supporting such infrastructure, as defined by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
