Stunning 4700 square foot home within the elite development of Country Club Estates; home to many of the Valleys most impressive architectural accomplishments. Beyond the expansive marble foyer, is a traditional 1st floor layout, with spacious rooms and 9' ceilings the norm. Extensive hardwood flooring, stained wood trim, inlaid carpeting, and high quality tile, create a most sought after environment. The gourmet cherry kitchen is exquisite, and includes an equally generous breakfast area. A two story great room adjoins, and walls of windows are perfectly positioned to invite the afternoon sun. The first floor study can alternatively be used as a first floor bedroom suite and includes a beautiful bath. The second floor again displays flexibility of design allowing either five bedrooms, or four with a second floor game room. The master suite is everything that would expect in a home of this caliber. The country club lifestyle that you deserve; an environment that anyone would cherish.

AG
Agricultural District
The purpose of this district is to: Recognize and seek to preserve agricultural lands and to protect environmentally sensitive areas, considering topography, soil type and present use; Steer more dense growth away from the AG District and to areas closer to community facilities and services; Recognize areas that would be difficult and expensive to extend sewer and water lines and to continue to sewer because of pumping station costs; Encourage clustering of homes in the AG District under the optional provisions of Article XXII, especially to provide landscaped buffers between homes and Routes 22 and 33.
