This is what you have waited for. Rural setting, near farm land just outside of town. Country living at it's best. An affordable lot almost a half acre with a ranch home and detached two car garage for the extra necessities. The Summer time favorite part of the house is the covered side porch. Morning coffee, or watch a thunderstorm roll in under the shelter of the porch roof. Enter into the country kitchen that has space for your table and chairs. Hand wash dishes at the sink with large windows overlooking the back yard shaded by mature trees. Watch the farming activity behind and beyond the spacious lot line. The large living room has a walk up to the attic tucked on the side. Beautiful hardwood floors and big bay window to overlook the Gap-In-The-Hills towards the Gap Towne Clock. Back the hall way there is a foyer with the entrance to three bedrooms, each with an expansive closest. The full bathroom with linen closet and nice finishes at the end of the hall. Options Galore: The third bedroom has a full closet and could easily be used as a formal dining or office by adding a door on each side of the room. There's still access to each of the bedrooms with the open hall foyer. The basement is accessed in the kitchen, stairs at one end. Painted floor and walls. Utilities at one end and laundry hook up at the other end. Two car garage is a fabulous feature. Plenty of parking space. Level back yard with slight incline at the field, surrounded by mature trees. Recent updates new garage roof, 2019 all new windows, New boiler in 2022. Interior painted within the past year and a part.
