32 Acres of country living - rolling hills & ponds. Bring the horses! This lovely four bedroom, three bath rancher is situated on nearly 32 acres of beautiful rolling hills and pasture. Approximately 10 acres are wooded, and the rest are cleared. Fenced and cross fenced ready for horses, it is equipped with a two story (28x48) main barn set up with six horse stalls, tack area, (automatic watering system in two of the largest turnout fields and in the paddock) & second floor hay storage and workshop. Additionally, there are two run-in sheds (12x24) & (12x36); an inside riding arena/second barn (70x70), and an outside riding arena (80x120). There are three spring fed ponds on the property and two are stocked with fish to include bass, coy, carp, and cat fish. The home itself has been lovingly maintained, with new 16x20 sun porch; updated kitchen cabinets, island & counter-tops; new waterproof laminate flooring in living room, halls & master bedroom & renovated master bath. The basement is unfinished with 10 foot ceilings, lending itself to future living space. Unique in itself, seller has added a "safe" room with a vault door for security and storage of valuables. Additional amenities include: Integrated indoor wood boiler located in the oversized attached garage with a backup oil fired furnace; 400 amp electric service, plus 100 amp service in main barn; over-sized two car garage with handicap ramp to main level, easy access to 3rd full bath and furnace room. Gorgeous country views yet conveniently located close to Hanover, Gettysburg, York, and commuter routes. Plenty of privacy to enjoy from your back yard and less than two miles away from major shopping centers. It is noteworthy that the property is in "clean & green" for lower taxes with approximately 1,000 feet of road frontage with the possibility of subdivision. * New expansion tank installed in basement 6-20-19
