Welcome to this beautifully maintained home at Salford Mill, a lovely 55+ community with just 40 units and great neighbors! This home has a well-designed open floorplan with an entry foyer, living and dining rooms, a kitchen with breakfast bar, the master bedroom with spacious master bathroom and walk-in closet, a second bedroom, a second bathroom with a laundry closet and full-size washer and dryer, and the built-in drywalled garage. Upstairs is the unfinished second level - better than an attic, very spacious and ready to be finished if needed - along with the heater and hot water heater. There's central air conditioning, good closet space, a back patio overlooking the community walking trail, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, plenty of parking and the excellent location just 2 miles to the Turnpike and close to plenty of good shopping and dining. The modest association fee includes common area maintenance, the management fee, and trash and snow removal (shoveling right up to your front door!). Please come visit this fine home in a peaceful neighborhood.
