Touch of country w/ a glance of wildlife in back yard. This 1823 Chester County Stone Farmhouse, historically recorded is a part of the William Penn land grant, all on 3 acres of mature trees offering peace and serenity. A charming den and DR showplaces corner FP's and the original woodwork and old wide board flooring. A new addition in 1990's presents a large striking gourmet kitchen/FR w/ corner FP, cherry cabinetry by Paradise Kitchens and wide old pine flooring from a Hershey Tavern, opens to private patio. A formal LR w/ FP offers custom trim reflecting the 'gone by era'. This is a Must See not a drive by.

Unified Development District
The Unified Development Zone is established to provide an alternative to traditional single use, parcel-by-parcel development. In addition to the community development objectives established in Article I, the Unified Development Zone is designed to achieve the following purposes through the use of a master development plan: Provide for unified land planning which maintains the efficiency of the circulation system and limits the number of direct access points to arterial roads within the Township; Establish an access management program for the Route 7 (Limestone Road) and Pennsylvania Route 41 corridors; Conserve environmental resources which are sensitive to development; Encourage the retention of permanent open space within a master plan for development; Provide an opportunity to integrate design within and among development types; and Provide an opportunity for campus-type development which requires a tract size larger than what typically serves individual uses.
