Welcome home to this beautifully updated and immaculately maintained, end-unit townhome. This home has been renovated top to bottom over the last two years and, as a bonus, there are NO HOA FEES! Enter into the foyer onto beautiful LVP floors. To the right is the spacious, all new kitchen (2023) with loads of counter and cabinet space. You'll love the tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances and the convenience of first-floor laundry. Step into the large living room and you'll immediately notice the plush, upgraded carpeting and padding and all of the natural light. The plush carpeting continues upstairs where you'll find a spacious primary bedroom and a nice-sized walk-in closet. There are two more additional bedrooms on this floor, both with nice closet space. Both bathrooms also received a total face lift with new vanities and flooring, plus a new shower/tub surround in the full bathroom. The interior was professionally painted and also has all new electric baseboard heaters and thermostats in ever room. Outside, you'll love sitting on the covered patio with your morning cup of coffee. The yard is a really nice size and completely fenced-in for privacy and convenience. This home does not have a basement, but does not lack storage space. In addition to all of the large closets throughout the home, there are two exterior storage closets. The driveway was resurfaced and widened, for loads of off-street parking. There are also recessed LED lights across the front exterior of the home. This is a quality home that you do not want to miss! Private showings begin on Thursday, June 5th or stop by the Open House on Thursday from 5:30-7pm.

R-2
Residential Zone
This zone seeks to accommodate the higher density needs of the Township as well as the need and desire for moderate density housing for age-restricted development. A wide range of housing types are encouraged with densities exceeding those permitted elsewhere in the Township. Portions of this zone are located near existing multifamily developments and major transportation routes. Certain civic and residential related uses have also been allowed to enhance convenient access to this higher concentration of residents. This zone coincides with expected sewer utility service areas; however, the actual availability of these services is likely to occur at different times and in different areas. As a result, permitted densities and housing types have been adjusted according to the availability of these public utilities. All detached units that are proposed without the use of both public utilities will be required to be situated to one side of a wider lot so that future in-fill development potentials can be protected until public utilities become available. Cluster developments have been permitted by conditional use, with density bonuses, to encourage this preferred development pattern. The Village Overlay Zone (See see section 340-23.) applies a comprehensive set of optional design standards that can be applied to lands within the R-2 Zone. Finally, this zone provides for age-restricted development by conditional use, provided that such development meets certain criteria.
