Welcome to 734 Quarry Point Rd, a pristine carriage home in the newer community of Atwater. Enter the front door and immediately you will appreciate the open concept living of this home. The main living floor has 9' ceilings, hardwood floors, lots of recessed lights and a fantastic floor plan. You enter to a spacious foyer and a beautiful staircase to the second floor. There is a sizable dining room to the right and a large open living room with a gas-burning fireplace which opens to the large white kitchen. The kitchen boasts a large island with seating for 3-4, quartz countertops, subway tile backsplash, a gourmet stainless steel appliance package with hood that vents to the exterior, a large pantry and a breakfast room from which you can enjoy views out the large windows and French Door to a Trex deck. The main floor has a powder room and a mudroom and access to the spacious 2-car garage. Up the staircase to the second level and find hardwoods continue throughout the hallway, and quality carpeting in each of the bedrooms. The master bedroom suite has a large bedroom, large master bathroom with two vanities and plenty of additional storage space. The shower is large with his and her shower heads. There is also a large 9x9 walk-in closet to complete this sumptuous master suite. All the additional bedrooms on this floor are of good sizes, have ceilings fan with overhead lighting and excellent closet space. The bedroom next to the master bedroom also has a walk-in closet. The spacious laundry room is conveniently located on the bedroom level. The walkout lower level has so much finished space making this a fantastic flexible space. The current owners have it set up for an entertainment area, TV zone, an office work space, and a playroom. There is a separate room that can be used as a home office or workout room, or a 5th bedroom. The lower level has a beautifully tiled full bathroom. There is good storage in the utility room and other closets throughout the lower level. When the weather is better, there is plenty of yard space to play between the properties and plenty of space for entertaining on the deck or from the walkout lower level. Because the current owners both worked from home during the recent pandemic, it will be helpful to the next owners to know that there are 2 Ethernet hookups on each floor (LL, main and bedroom levels) which makes it possible to create a strong mesh WIFI system, perfect for work at home needs. The Atwater community is in a fantastic location, close to the Turnpike slip ramp, and close to Rt202 and access to shopping and entertainment. The Paoli R5 Septa station is a quick commute and offers express service to Philadelphia and a 2-hour ride to NYC on Amtrak. This is better than new construction because it is pristine, move-in ready and available today! Welcome to your new home! All dimensions provided are approximate and should be verified by the buyer. HOA documents available on BrightMLS for your review prior to making an offer. Offer deadline will be Sunday with a Monday response date. No offers will be executed/signed prior to the offer deadline as disclosed.
