Set in the beautiful farmland of Manheim, this spacious and inviting home displays mature landscaping and, with 0.67 acres, there’s plenty of outdoor living space. Step through the front door into the welcoming entryway, and the word “home” immediately comes to mind. To your left is a view into the living room. Swaths of sunlight stream through the large windows and set the original hardwood floors aglow. The warmth and openness of the space make it the ideal place to gather with those you love. Discretely tucked off the entryway is a full bathroom with a standup shower and fresh color palate. Pass through the entryway into the kitchen and the whole house opens up. With a vaulted ceiling, ambient lighting, and radiant floor heat, you’ll want to begin and end every day in this kitchen. Beautiful cabinetry with plentiful storage, acres of countertops, and stainless-steel appliances entreat you to whip up your favorite pesto pasta over the electric range or create a huge holiday meal for all your loved ones. The kitchen opens to the dining room, making entertaining simple and seamless. Glass doors open to a back deck that looks across the peaceful farmland and provides the perfect place for grilling or eating al fresco. Back the hall from the living area is a primary bedroom that envelops you in comfort. Hardwood floors, large windows, and a spacious closet invite you to stay a little longer. The remaining 2 bedrooms are light-filled and airy and perfect for your loved ones or guests or a home office. A second full bathroom has beautiful cabinetry with soft-close drawers, ample storage, granite counters and easy-to-clean shower. There is space, warmth, and convenience everywhere you look. The basement is both functional and cozy, ready for game nights or movie nights in front of the wood stove. Also in the basement is a laundry room and utility room for your power tools and DIY projects, a one car garage. More fun is to be had in the adjacent storage area with a dog-door leading outside to a fenced-in area of the yard. The wiring and panel box are also newly updated, as well as a brand-new air conditioning system. Situated in Manheim, this quiet neighborhood is ideally located for entering into the hum of activity or escaping into the quiet of the countryside. Catch a Manheim Central Barons football game or hop on the PA Turnpike for a day in Philly. This gorgeous home on Elizabethtown Road has been cared for and loved and is simply waiting for you to make it yours.

A
Agricultural Zone
The primary purpose of the A Zone is to promote the continuation and preservation of agricultural activities in those areas most suitable for such activities. Areas contained within the A Zone have been specifically identified as possessing valuable and nonrenewable natural and cultural resources. The A Zone also intends to protect and stabilize the Township's viable agricultural economy by limiting the nonagricultural development of agricultural properties and eliminating uses that are incompatible with agricultural operations, but permitting limited agricultural support businesses. Consequently, nonagricultural-uses are limited and any future occupants in the A Zone must be willing to accept the impacts associated with normal agricultural operations and practices, and related businesses. Finally, the provisions of the A Zone have been specifically formulated to further the objectives of the MPC which provides that local zoning ordinances shall be designed to preserve prime agriculture and farm land considering topography, soil type and classification, and present use.
