3-Story w/ Modern Finishes, 4-Car Garage & Creek Keeping a scenic 6.45 acres all to itself with Little Lehigh creek flowing through it, this impressive 23-year-old, farmhouse style home is truly one of a kind. From its beautiful vinyl & stone veneer exterior with architectural shingle roof to its 9 ft. ceilings, recessed lighting, and crown molding throughout, this property has everything you need — both inside and out! The massive, wrap-around covered deck is the perfect place to send a warm welcome to visitors, while promising unbeatable panoramic views no matter where you sit. Inside, an open flow leads you directly to the fantastic great room, highlighted by a gas fireplace with decorative wood mantle, multiple windows, architectural columns, closets, ceiling fan, and two sets of new, oversized slider doors to the deck from the side and back. Hardwood flooring flows seamlessly to the large dining area, which is elevated by crown molding, several large windows with views out back, and its own access to the deck. The tile kitchen has just what the chef ordered, including a center island with breakfast bar, granite countertops, tile backsplash, dovetail drawers, double sink, built-in dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, including a double wall oven, and two pantries — one walk in. A nearby laundry/mudroom with tile flooring, oversized vanity sink, and access to a large closet, plus a powder room with granite countertop vanity and pocket door make hosting even easier. The main level also has another bathroom with tile floor, stall shower, and wainscoting. The second floor Master bedroom enjoys its own gas fireplace with tile front and mantle, vinyl flooring, ceiling fan, and a private luxury bathroom with tile floor, double vanity with granite top, Whirlpool tub, step-in tile shower, and walk-in closet. Down the hall are three additional bedrooms, two with newer carpet, ceiling fan and deep closets, while the fourth boasts a walk-in closet. They all share a full tile bathroom with tub/shower and vanity with granite top, plus a large walk-in hall closet. The carpeted third floor hosts an in-law suite with a 5th bedroom that has a walk-in closet and sitting area, rec room/game room with recessed lighting, soft-close cabinets, dovetail drawers, and countertop with sink, and a full bathroom, featuring stall shower and built-in cabinets and sink, plus a potential additional bedroom area with closet. Take advantage of all the storage space in the unfinished basement with high ceilings, and easy access thanks to a walkout to the backyard and potential for a garage door. And if that’s not enough, try the 4-car attached garage with 9 ft. doors!
