Take a solid brick house and make it like new inside, make it two units, and have all new windows, new wiring, new plumbing, new floor covering, and more then see the transformation into a beautiful duplex. Choices are to own it as an investment property, or live in one side and least the other side. Presently the West side is leased for $900 per month. Wow! that can take care of the mortgage payment. Live here for taxes and insurance. Water is well and septic is on site. Don't let this one get away. Location provides easy access to go NSE or W. Sq ft data is from the County Assessment card info. Taxes are estimated until sale is final. Buyer to put in own driveway off Skunk Hollow Road. Present parking is an easement on adjacent land.
