Country living at it's finest. This ranch home features 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 2 car side entry garage, plus your own pond all sitting on a 2+ acre lot. With some updating and a little elbow grease this ranch home will be a winner. New siding and roof and several windows were installed less than 4 years ago. It is being sold as is, where is as the seller is unable to make any repairs. All personal property remains with the property and the home is currently winterized with the buyer taking responsibility to de-winterize for any informational inspections. Only cash and conventional 203K renovation loans will be entertained. Schedule your showing today.
