Amazingly spacious and private home on 10+ acres! This large and well built 6+ bedroom home sits at the end of a long lane, and once you arrive you will realize that this is the kind of peace and privacy you have been seeking. The home has a lot to offer! It starts with a large and peaceful front porch but also includes a large rear deck for grilling, relaxing and enjoying the bucolic surroundings. Wildlife abounds! You enter into the large living room which is open to the kitchen and dining area. The French door leads out to the deck and provides lots of natural light. Very well-equipped kitchen with a ton of workspace and a ton of high cabinets. There is also a large pantry for even more storage! The laundry area is conveniently located off of the kitchen as well. There is also a powder room that is accessed through the garage. The main level features a large owner's suite with en suite bath. There are also 2 more large rooms that can serve as bedrooms, playrooms or an in home office. Yet another of the 4 full baths is between these two rooms. Just an abundant amount of living space. There is radiant hot water heat in the 1st floor, 2nd floor, basement and garage floors. Once you head up to the 2nd floor you will also see how spacious this home is. There is what I am considering a second master bedroom with 2 closets on this level. 3 more rooms plus another full bath on this level. Very maintained and ready for you! The 2nd floor can also be accessed via a back stairwell from the garage. Huge 2 car attached garage as well as an abundance of additional parking. The sellers recently added a 30' X 40' pole barn with concrete floor and electricity. More storage space than you can ever use. The home is heated by an outdoor wood furnace and also includes central air. The home already has a radon system, ultraviolet light, water softener, water treatment system, and central vac. There is still more to talk about with the lower level. There is a HUGE family room/in-law quarters that could have so many uses. This area is equipped with a full bath, small kitchenette (no stove) and a huge closet. Perfect for an in-law suite. Wonderful home with lots of space and super private location. 1-year warranty with acceptable offer. Please no drive-by's.
Driving down the 1/2 mile stone driveway to this home and tranquil setting, you will be in love already. A BEAUTIFUL porch running across the whole house welcomes you to this spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. The first floor boasts a large living area connecting with the dining room and 2 other rooms that can be used for a den/office, or a guest room. The french doors leading to the backyard deck fill this space with lots of natural light. The kitchen includes an amazing walk in pantry, that's right WALK IN PANTRY. Also on the main floor is the master bedroom with a full master bath, a laundry area, and a second full bath for guests. Upstairs is another 3 ample bedrooms. The walk out basement is partially finished and can be used for a wide variety of things such as added family space, entertaining friends, hobby storage, and many more. The views off of your huge porch and back deck make for a very peaceful and relaxing setting. Don't let this house get away. There is so much space and so many possibilities.
