Two tax parcels being sold together. First has a small ranch with 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch on 1.13 acres, set within a 24 acre parcel. There is an Amish garage, fishpond and lovely creek that runs for approximately 100' along the NW edge of the property. Second parcel includes a 5 acre building lot which is located at the back of the 24 acre property, quite a distance from the road. The parcel is located at the top of the small hill, providing panoramic views from NJ to Washington Crossing (on clear days). The conservancy easement allows for one residence, accessory structures and agricultural structures. Farm land (approximately 17 acres) is considered prime agricultural soil and is leased by Maximuck who revolves crops and protects the Farm Act 319 status. Road frontage is approximately 680 feet. The 24 acre lot and 1.13 acre parcel with an existing house and Quaker garage are being sold together. Total taxes for 2015 are just under $4,800. The house is being sold "as is". Seller will consider carrying partial financing. Also listed under Farm/Lot, MLS # 6612019.
