Owner says sell. This is a fabulous location. Lot is surrounded by beautiful estate homes, yet, just outside Newtown Borough with its historic charm, many boutiques, restaurants, coffee and ice-cream shops and its close to gyms, parks and recreation areas. This 3 acre parcel contains farmhouse, barn and pool. There is septic and well on property. Stone farmhouse has been vacant for 8 years, is in disrepair, and may not be entered. Bring this fine location back to its former glory. Don"t delay excellent investment for builder or exceptional location for your new dream home. Grounds may be viewed when accompanied by a realtor.
