First time offered since 1978, this magnificent Upper Makefield colonial is situated on 3.5 beautiful acres. You are welcomed by the circular driveway, featuring lush landscape nestled in stone walled flower beds, that leads to a 2 car attached garage as well as an additional lighted parking area. The first floor has gleaming hardwood floors and windows offering gorgeous nature views throughout. The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances, natural wood cabinetry and a convenient built in desk area. Two sliding glass doors, one in the dining and one in the den lead to an extra large deck overlooking the pool and mini barn. The cozy den, featuring a fireplace with insert, was added under this ownership. The finished walk-out basement is complete with a large fireplace, wet bar, new carpeting and full bath. In addition to multiple fireplaces, each room features its own thermostat to keep everyone in the home comfy. There is also central air as well as a whole house propane generator.
