Impressively established on a twelve acre estate lot on the prestigious Creamery Road in Upper Makefield, find a lovely Brick colonial-style home. The lot provides exceptional long range views with open and wooded areas and a lovely stream. The home provides a flexible floor plan and sizable square footage with all the expected rooms and options for entertaining, play, an in-law suite, and home offices. The home offers high ceilings, hardwood floors, five substantial fireplaces and quality detailing. From the first floor several french doors lead on to extensive brick patios and decking which overlook the in-ground pool and wonderful private land. Truly magical. Built in 1987, this home is ready for a savvy owner to update the home to match the setting. The property is priced well and comparably to an undeveloped lot of this size. Located in desirable Council Rock School District the property is within 5 minutes of I-95, a half hour commute to Princeton and Philly, and 75 minutes to NYC.
