Medium Density Residential District
The residential districts are intended to provide sufficient area in appropriate locations for residential uses and development to meet the housing needs of the Township with due allowance for providing a choice of sites and types of housing without sacrificing desirable established residential patterns. The Rural Residential and Agricultural Districts are to foster agricultural and rural residential uses and activities until such time as growth of the community and the availability of the necessary utilities and related municipal services warrant a change of use compatible with the intent of the Comprehensive Plan phased development. A corresponding amendment to this chapter will be required at that time.
