This is the one on your wish list! House, garage, and barn on 1.8 acres. Wait until you check out the BARN! This place is a diamond in the rough. With some TLC you can make it shine again. The ranch house has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a large living room, good sized kitchen and a dining room. For backup power there is a 22KW whole house generator and a 1000 gallon propane tank. In addition to the carport on the house, there is a detached 2 car garage or workshop. Then there is the spacious 2 story board and batten barn. It’s a dream barn for sure. On the ground level, there are 4 nice sized stalls with sliding doors, 2 of which also open to a fenced area. There is also a storage room, tack room and a covered outdoor area. Upstairs is a huge loft with lots of room for storage and a separate room previously used as an office. There is an indoor and an outdoor stairway to the loft. Most of the land is open with 2 separate areas, one around the barn that is fenced in and then a larger area that was enclosed with an temporary electric ribbon fence. There are 2 driveways, one to the house and one to the barn with plenty of space for parking. Bring your dreams to a place they can come true.
Multiple outbuildings for all your needs! 45x40 board & batten barn is only 4 years young with 9ft overhang, 4 stalls, tack room, hay storage, office and fenced pasture area. 2 car detached garage and garden shed provide extra storage. The 3 BR ranch has a laundry room with cabinets and a utility sink, a kitchen/dining addition, living room and a 24x12 master bedroom with French doors opening to a private office. For outdoor entertaining you have a deck and covered patio area. The lot offers a privacy hedge and plenty of sunny space for a garden.

R1
Agricultural-Residential District
It is the purpose of this district to provide for limited density of residential development in certain open areas of the Township, for the purpose of enabling the retention of significant agricultural land uses while preserving natural features and scenic landscapes In this district, which contains much of the Township's most agriculturally productive soils, the intent is to minimize land uses that are incompatible with agriculture and to manage their potential impacts on the district's agricultural and open lands. The R-1 District provisions are intended to support the existing agricultural economy by limiting residential density and encouraging appropriate site design. Residents of the R-1 District must be willing to accept the impacts associated with daily farming practices and related businesses.
