Have you dreamed of living in a home surrounded by the wonders of nature? If so, be prepared to fall in love with the pristine beauty of this 2.85 acre partially wooded lot and the open space which surrounds this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch home. Planning outdoor activities will be an absolute must, whether simply taking in the view from the large covered deck or walking to the nearby Green Lane Park that features miles of trails ideal for hiking, horseback riding and mountain biking. The home itself is larger than it appears and includes ample storage, a spacious living room with large window overlooking the scenic countryside and a finished basement with over 700 square feet of additional living space with access to the side yard via walk up Bilco doors. The basement space is accented by recessed lighting and features a spacious family room with coal stove, an office and another room that is currently utilized as a 4th bedroom. The kitchen features a pantry and flows into the informal dining room complete with ceiling fan and sliding door to the covered deck. As if that were not enough, the detached garage not only has space for two vehicles, but also includes a workshop and pull-down stairs that lead to extensive storage in the floored attic. In addition, a new heating and air conditioning system was installed 3 years ago, all but the bathroom window has been replaced and the house has been wired to accommodate a sound system. Surround sound speakers are currently installed in the living room and family room but wiring has been run to the master bedroom as well. There are also a set of speakers on the deck for further enjoyment of the outdoors.
