A beautifully tree lined driveway, passing a large pond with island and a bridge, delivers you to Grace's Pond. This iconoclastic homestead is a living canvas of a Currier & Ives classic painting. The proper stone farmhouse, large red barn, 3-car garage with loft space, pool, pool house and large perennial gardens-all merge to form individual components of this amazing property. The stone farmhouse has been lovingly renovated to provide a chef's kitchen with granite, custom cabinetry, top-of-the-line appliances and wide plank and stone flooring. The Butlers pantry has a second sink, dishwasher and built-in cappuccino maker. The living room and family rooms both have fireplaces and boast beautiful granite and tile work. The home contains four bedrooms?two on the first level, master on the second floor and the fourth bedroom on the third floor. Amazing hardscaping and gardens surround the home with a pergola, outdoor kitchen and large garden shed. The refreshing stone lined in-ground pool is serviced by a pool house that is the perfect changing room. The large 19th century barn has been reinforced for storage of cars or other vehicles and has a full workshop area. A small attached greenhouse is ideal for winterizing the indoor plants. There is a 3-car garage building with raised seam metal roof and a large gym or entertainment area above with a full bath. The 19 plus acres and large pond-all are excellent for a myriad of family activities and the invisible fence protects "Sparky" as well. Grace's Pond could not be duplicated today and it captures the picturesque aesthetics of this property, as well as the beauty of nature at work that exudes from the moment you enter the drive

The intent of the District is also to protect the area from interference by incompatible uses. Agricultural uses within this District may have associated with them activities incompatible with residential uses. These agricultural activities may have associated with them noise, odors, and other disturbances which are part of normal farming operations but can negatively impact nearby residences. Residents of the AP District are advised that noise, odors, dust, fumes, or other disturbances associated with agricultural practices shall not be regulated by township nuisance laws.
