Welcome to this rare find set on one of the prettiest roads in Bedminster Township, an area rich in history, sprawling horse farms and idyllic Pennsylvania homesteads. A long tree-lined driveway marks the entry to this picturesque Bucks County farm nestled within a lush tree-lined setting that offers privacy and serenity. Bring your horses/pigs/goats to this country retreat nestled on 10 secluded acres offering stunning long-distance views. Enjoy exploring two acres of adjacent wooded area where you can follow a beautiful stream and glimpse diverse wildlife along the way. Included are 3 sprawling fenced pastures and 2 horse stall barns. The newer, larger one has 6 stalls, 2 gates, a private office and its own well pump. The smaller barn offers an additional 2 stalls plus a carport to protect your tractor or mower. Adding to this property’s ambiance is the newly constructed Blue Haven in-ground, heated saltwater pool with oversized pool deck that is completely fenced for safety. Alongside the pool is a separate fenced area for your puppies or kids to play. This lovely colonial property boasts exquisite grounds that you’ll gaze at as you walk down a brick paved walkway along the front and pass a secondary entrance. Further down, a covered front portico at the main entrance leads to a freshly painted foyer. The center hall features hardwood flooring and a large coat closet. To the left of the foyer is the living room with built-in bookshelves and pocket doors that makes it easy to double as a great home office. To the right of the foyer is the formal dining room with hardwood flooring - an ideal place to host your next holiday dinner! The heart of the home is a remodeled kitchen featuring beautiful solid wood cabinetry, granite surface counters with a huge center island and brand-new appliances. The sunny breakfast area is a perfect place to sit and have your morning coffee as you admire the beauty of the grounds. Then, open the glass slider door and step out onto the maintenance-free deck. The kitchen opens up to the family room, which features a Philadelphia brick fireplace with a wood-burning stove complete with exterior hatch for firewood. A gorgeous bay window makes this room sunny and warm. A powder room and oversized laundry room finish off this stunning level. The laundry area features several closets for storage, exits to the front and rear of the home, plus entrance to a two-car garage. Climb a second staircase that leads to a spacious upstairs bedroom (which currently serves as a great office) and a large sitting room. This is a perfect retreat for overnight guests, an Au Pair, or can be turned into an ultimate teenage suite. Also upstairs is the freshly painted main bedroom suite with nicely sized closets and an impressive ensuite bathroom. Three additional bedrooms all feature ample closet space and share an updated, full-hall bathroom with tub/shower combo. All upstairs rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. You will find even more living space back downstairs, where a large, finished walkout basement level offers a cozy fireplace, full kitchen with oversized island, and a full bathroom. This makes a perfect space for hosting large gatherings or coming in from the pool or barn area. Additionally, this immaculate home comes with a whole-house propane generator, 2 zones of heating and cooling, a new 5-bed septic tank installed in 2020, and a sturdy roof constructed in 2006. Best of all, the property has been granted a Farmstead property tax exclusion - which means LOW TAXES! You will fall in love with this bucolic setting in the Pennridge School District that's convenient to Doylestown, Perkasie and Quakertown for all your essential and entertaining needs.
