Please show! Home Sale Contingency is in place, but this CAN be yours with the right terms! This home has been the site of giggling generations playing tag among the trees and splashing in the creek. This peaceful 5 acre homesite is bordered by a (natural) township park and two other historic homes. Soothe your frazzled nerves with unobstructed views of stream, fields, and trees. This property will intrigue buyers looking to restore one of the last untouched Bucks County stone farmhouses with the ideal country road location. Thick stone walls provide deep windowsills. There are two sets of pie stairs and one straight staircase. Some wood flooring appears original. In addition to the home, there are two large metal outbuildings, corncrib, stone outbuilding/smokehouse, and a huge bank barn. Buyers need vision, as the property cannot be occupied in its current state and will need total rehab. Creative financing or cash buyers only. (Seller will not hold the note)

The Watershed District consists of valuable natural resources such as woodlands, agricultural soils, floodplains, wetlands, aquifer recharge areas and areas of steep slopes. The Watershed District also includes Lake Galena, a popular recreational area, and the source for public water supply to the Forest Park Water Treatment Plant located downstream of Lake Galena near the confluence of the North Branch Neshaminy Creek and Pine Run. Single-family detached and watershed conservation subdivisions are permitted, provided that sewage disposal methods shall replenish the water table in accordance with the Township's Sewage Facilities Plan and sewage management ordinances. Additional design criteria will be required in order to less then impact of point and non-point discharges in the watershed. In addition, the design and layout of open space, stormwater management facilities and the buildable areas shall be designed to achieve Best Management Practices BMPs and be compatible with other uses in the Watershed District.; Within the Watershed District, a building may be erected, altered or used and a lot or premises may be used only when in conformance with the conditions of this Part and the specific use, area and design regulations of this District.
