This is a sale of 96 acres, 90 acres of which are subject to the Agricultural Preservation Easement Program (copy of which is attached under documents). 6.45 acres have been reserved for the construction of ONE DWELLING and outbuildings (see survey for location of this 6 acres). The 90 acres subject to the Agricultural Preservation Program requires that the land be used for approved purposes in perpetuity (farming, raising of livestock, nursery, etc). The purpose of the Agriculture Preservation District is to recognize and protect the area designated as a significant agricultural area by Bucks County in its Natural Resources Plan and the areas of the Township where farming predominates. Within the District, areas with Class I through Class III agricultural soils, as defined by the U.S. Department of Agricultural Soils Survey, shall be protected in accordance with the protection standards herein established.
