Against a background of rolling farmlands in Bucks County sits an unexpected discovery: a brick residence of great elegance and charm, constructed in the 18th-century French provincial style. You will find it serenely situated behind iron gates and walls of fieldstone, on 10 landscaped acres among a small group of other high value estate homes. Throughout its 5100 square feet this residence displays the finest of architectural craftsmanship. The entrance hall thrills the eye with its marble floor, curving double staircase and center gallery. The family room warms the heart with floor-to-ceiling fieldstone fireplace, oak beams and raised panel wainscoting. The lower level has been finished into a multi-level home theater with professional equipment and there is an exercise/recreation room with cherry wet bar. The beautifully appointed master suite is a skylit. Perhaps the most delightful surprise of all is that Elephant Path and its private community share a paved and fully licensed airstrip.
*Taxable value of land and structures on it ("additions") is determined regularly by local assessors and does not affect market price.
