It’s like buying a new house! This solidly built 1960s house has been almost totally redone inside and looks onto preserved land on a quiet country road. The property has remained in the same family that built it. Now, it has been lovingly renovated with many upgrades throughout. New electrical panel, some new plumbing, refinished hardwood floors. A partial list of new features includes a totally redone kitchen and two full bathrooms. Also, a spacious deck & slider from the dining area, some new windows, recessed lights, new lighting fixtures, and many other upgrades inside and out. Mature trees, old and new landscaping, two new lampposts and repaved driveway, freshly & tastefully painted throughout, well-proportioned rooms, a dramatic stone, wood burning fireplace in the living room - check out the handmade, pegged mantel and bullet lights above. Another feature is you get to choose a main bedroom on either the first or second floor. Each level has two bedrooms, one of which is large enough to be the primary one. Aging in place is easy here. A 1-1/2 car garage, with new door and remote entry, has lots of storage room, including the possibility of adding flooring above the rafters. The unfinished basement is a blank canvas, if more room is needed. A complete improvements and features list is available for your review. This beautiful, move-in ready home awaits the next owner that will enjoy a quiet, comfortable retreat in a gorgeous setting. Welcome home!
