54 acres in beautiful Bedminster Township! Wonderful setting with the house set well off the road overlooking rolling farm fields. Value is in the land with the farmhouse and barns on property being sold in "as is" condition. Great location to build a custom home, horse farm, or has potential to subdivide property into large lots. It may be possible to renovate the current house and barns or remove and build new. Currently has a shared driveway with maintenance agreement but does have owned frontage along Deep Run Road and can have a private drive. Great opportunity to purchase large acreage at a terrific price!
*Taxable value of land and structures on it ("additions") is determined regularly by local assessors and does not affect market price.
